The record speaks. We stand on it. Before you read the press releases, read the posture that produces them: primary-source over speculation, doctrine over defensiveness, forward operations over litigation of the past.

Official Statement

// Only PR We Place Out
// US-CSOG Public Statement · Standing

US-CSOG (United States Corrections Specialist Operations Group) is a doctrine and operations organization providing specialized corrections training, K9 program development, and Mobile Special Service Unit (MSSU) design and delivery. Our work supports credentialed law enforcement, corrections, and government partners through contracted, restricted-access engagements — CONUS and OCONUS.

By policy, US-CSOG does not publish operational specifics, client identities, deployment schedules, personnel rosters, or doctrine content in open channels. Public commentary is limited to statements issued through this portal.

All press inquiries are welcomed under the Terms of Engagement below. US-CSOG's response — whether a statement, comment, or "no comment" — is provided as the official record of the organization and is bound by the terms accepted by the requesting journalist and outlet at submission.

Binding Terms of Engagement.

By submitting a media request through this portal, you and your media organization agree to the following terms, which are legally enforceable under the federal ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 7001 et seq.), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) as adopted in all fifty United States, and applicable common law and platform terms of service across print, broadcast, online, podcast, streaming, social media, and AI-generated content platforms.

§ 1 · Verbatim Publication

Any statement, quote, comment, or "no comment" response provided by US-CSOG, its principals, agents, or affiliates shall be published verbatim, without editing, paraphrasing, truncation, omission, contextual alteration, or reordering. Ellipses, bracketed insertions, and partial quotations are prohibited absent US-CSOG's prior written approval.

§ 2 · Accuracy Acknowledgment

Your organization's acceptance of any response — including a "no comment" response — constitutes a binding acknowledgment that the response is accurate as stated and complete for purposes of publication. Any subsequent claim of inaccuracy, incompleteness, or misattribution is expressly waived.

§ 3 · Indemnification & Legal Costs

Your media organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless US-CSOG, its principals, agents, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim arising from misreporting, mischaracterization, contextual distortion, or breach of these terms. Your organization agrees to pay all attorney fees, court costs, expert fees, and damages — actual, consequential, and punitive — associated with any resulting litigation.

§ 4 · Jurisdiction & Enforcement

This agreement is enforceable in all fifty United States, all federal courts, and against all publishing platforms including but not limited to print, broadcast, online news, podcasts, streaming services, social media platforms, and AI-generated content aggregators or model outputs. Venue and choice of law: State of Montana. Prevailing party recovers full legal costs.

§ 5 · Digital Signature · ESIGN & UETA

Your typed legal name, timestamp (UTC), originating IP address, browser fingerprint, and submission acknowledgment, captured on submission, together constitute a legally binding electronic signature under 15 U.S.C. § 7001(a) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act as adopted in your state. A digital receipt of these terms and your signature will be emailed to you on submission and retained by US-CSOG. Submission of this form is your affirmative signature.
